If participants are late beyond the specified time for any reason, we are unable to provide a refund as payment has already been made to the service providers.
In the event of an emergency or force majeure caused by natural disasters, riots, or other adverse weather conditions, the travel itinerary may be altered without prior notice for your safety. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
We will provide snorkeling equipment. If lost, participants are required to pay an additional fee.
